My approach to counseling is offering a safe place for change, healing, restoration, and rebuilding. I believe restoration of your mind and heart is a worthwhile journey, and it is a process which takes grace, truth, and time.
I am an empathetic listener, and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to help people find wellness and healing in their lives -- especially in their relationships. Soli deo gloria.

Sonja's Background:
Sonja is delighted to be working at Restore & Rebuild Counseling under Rebecca Friese, LMFT. She has had a successful twenty-five year career as an educator, working with youth from kindergarten to 12th grade. She is currently a Master of Arts in Counseling student (LPCC) at the Townsend Institute, Concordia University in Irvine.
